Venus Arellano, Sales & Marketing Representative
Green Mountain International announced today the promotion of Venus Arellano to Sales & Marketing Representative for the chemical manufacturer. For the past two years, Arellano served in a role as Web Designer for the company. In that role, she oversaw a complete overhaul of the company website that yielded immediate results.
Arellano is a native of Clyde, NC and graduate of Pisgah High in Canton, NC. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Carolina University with majors in Accounting, Finance and Marketing. She graduated with honors and served as a Chancellor’s Ambassador as an undergraduate student. Currently, she is completing her MBA from the same institution with an anticipated graduation date of Spring, 2026.
In her new position, Arellano will maintain the responsibility for the company’s web services, where she has excelled. However, the promotion of Arellano will expand her focus on new sales and marketing efforts, particularly in Latin America. Her Spanish fluency will aid her as she focuses on continued sales growth in those markets.
Green Mountain International’s President, John Ammons, said “We’re excited to enhance Venus’ role with the company and have every confidence she’ll continue to excel in her new role.” He continued, “Her educational focus paired with her fluency in Spanish will help us continue to grow in the international market, especially.”
In addition to her graduate studies and full-time employment, Arellano serves on the Haywood County Schools Foundation Board and volunteers at Waynesville First United Methodist Church with the children’s ministry.
